Have a plan for gender equality before signing the grant agreement (applicable to calls with deadlines in 2022 and beyond).

Publication: official document published on the institution’s website and signed by the general management.

Data collection and monitoring: sex/gender disaggregated data on staff (and students for the institutions concerned) and annual report based on indicators.

Dedicated resources: commitment of human resources and gender expertise to implement it.

Training: Sensitization/trainings on gender equality and unconscious gender bias for staff and decision makers.
