Mosaic of women in astronomy

On 11 February 2023, the United Nations International Day of Women and Girls in Science was held.

On this occasion, 130 women and girls in astronomy in France were celebrated with this mosaic

According to UAI statistics, we are around 22% women in astronomy (26% for France). […….] We hope through this project to make visible the women who are and have been involved in astronomy in France, and to encourage future generations in this discipline.
