Logistics Service

The IRAP logistical service is part of the general maintenance of the laboratory, headed by the administrative and financial director. It is mainly located at the Roche place.

Essential for the everyday functioning of the laboratory, this service is at the disposal of everyone. It is involved in the fitting of an office, in the solving of malfunctionings like water leaks, replacement of neon lights, key problems, power failures, heating or air-conditioning failures, etc.

This service works in close collaboration with the general maintenance of the University Paul Sabatier, of the Midi-Pyrenees Observatory, with contractors as well.

This service is also responsible for the maintenance of the equipment of the several meeting rooms (LCD projectors, video-conferences, audio equipment) of the Roche place :

  • Conference Room (90 people)
  • Room Gervais de Lafond (about 20 people)
  • Room Urania (video-conference room - about 12 people)
  • Room 225-226 (about 15 people)
  • Algeco Meeting Room (14 people)

Finally, the CNRS and the University Paul Sabatier put 3 service vehicles at IRAP disposal.
